How do I personalize my necklace?

Simply enter your custom details in the personalization box before adding your item to the cart. Each product will outline what can be personalized on that product in the description area.

Can I preview my customized card before ordering?

Yes, the added names or dates for personalized products will show up live on the card for most items. Occasionally there is a lag on the screen for the word or date,  but the order itself will contain the accurate information.

What if I made a mistake on my personalization?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help before production begins.

If the order is already in production, then we unfortunately are not able to change the information.

Are your necklaces made to order?

Yes — each piece is personalized and made specifically for your order.

Where are these products made?

All of the products in our store are proudly made in the USA.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! You can select gift wrapping which includes a personalized note. You'll find this option on each product page just below the quantity button.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, you can select gift wrapping by hand and an added personalized message for a small fee. You'll find this option on the product page below the quantity button.

Shipping & Processing

How long does processing take?

Every order is thoughtfully made to order. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Standard jewelry/personalized message cards:
    5-8 business days
  • Custom name necklaces/customized products/photo necklaces:
    5–10 business days

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options available at checkout

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some items may ship separately depending on production location or product type.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Most of our pieces are designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities may vary.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

With proper care, your jewelry can stay beautiful for years. We recommend avoiding water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

How do I care for my necklace?

Store your jewelry in a dry place and gently clean with a soft cloth. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Returns & Support

Can I return a personalized item?

Because personalized items are custom made, we typically cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

What if my package is lost?

If your package appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us anytime through our Contact Us page or by email. We strive to respond within 24–48 business hours.

Can I send my order directly as a gift?

Yes! Many of our customers send Juniper Gray pieces directly to loved ones for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, memorial gifts, and special moments. You can add the address you want the gift shipped to during the checkout process.

Our jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. You can also include a personalized gift message during checkout on many items. We do not include pricing information in gift orders.
